This focused, interactive session is designed to equip faculty members and research students with practical skills in LaTeX-based academic writing using Overleaf – the world’s most popular online LaTeX editor.
Participants will learn how to:
Format research papers and theses professionally
Use templates for journal articles and technical documentation
Manage citations, figures, equations, and more
Collaborate with co-authors in real time
Whether you’re a beginner or have some LaTeX experience, this workshop will help elevate the quality of your academic work.

Dr. Maitreyee Dey
Senior Lecturer, Computer Science – London Metropolitan University, UK
With years of experience in computational research and academic writing, Dr. Dey specializes in research methodology, technical documentation, and LaTeX workflows. Her training style is practical, clear, and research-focused.
